Manager Users can invite others from their team to set up an account and become a User for their Provider Listing. Users will not be visible to agencies, however, if the user is connected with a Contact, the name and email listed for the Contact will be visible.
*A single User can be connected to more than one Contact. For example, a doctor and a coordinator may be listed as two separate Contacts, but the coordinator’s User account can be attached to both Contact listings. In that case, whenever an agency listed the doctor or the coordinator as a Contact, the coordinator would be automatically be assigned as a User and would be able to view the shared case details.
